Lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

If a DRFRIEDELS tool fails under normal use because of a craftsmanship or material defect, contact us and we will make it right.

Covered

  • Craftsmanship defects under normal use.
  • Material defects that prevent the tool from working as intended.
  • Website orders and verified DRFRIEDELS purchases.

Not covered

  • Loss, theft or cosmetic wear from normal use.
  • Damage from misuse, modification, abuse or unsafe use.
  • Consumables, packaging or third-party accessories.

How to make a claim

  1. Email info@drfriedels.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
  2. Include a short description and one clear photo of the issue.
  3. We will review the claim and reply with replacement or return instructions.

This warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy. Return requests for products that are not right for you should be started within 30 days of delivery.
